What were you doing before Dexters and how did you join us?

Prior to Dexters, I was working for another agency and it was clear, given Dexters’ presence and the calibre of properties being listed with them, that this is where I needed to be.

Where did you start and where are you now?

I started with Dexters Streatham, an area that I knew very well. I then moved on to the Northcote Road office. I am now based in our Brockley office in south east London. This pocket of London was the missing piece of the jigsaw to build on our unrivalled coverage across the capital.

What is your favourite thing about your role?

It is amazingly dynamic. With the best of the best working for Dexters, there are opportunities to learn and better yourself every day

What advice would you give to somebody looking to get into the industry?

Don't delay! Get in as early as possible, you'll be in a great position to build solid foundations and traits that will stand you in good stead.

What makes Dexters different?

Everything! The structure is different, allowing for great communication at all levels, and you know there is support whenever you need it.

Have you done any qualifications with us?

Not yet, but Dexters offers the RICS qualification, which I am keen to do.

What’s the most exciting thing about your role?

Working with talented individuals who want to learn and progress. Being directly involved in their development up to management level is immensely rewarding.

Where is your favourite place in London?

Peckham - until recently, it was really underappreciated, given the incredible mix of people. I recommend popping into Prince of Peckham when you get a chance.
