Head of Office Support & ComplianceWhat were you doing before Dexters, and how did you join us?
Before joining Dexters, I worked in the luxury jewellery industry, where I sold high-end watches, gemstones, and various precious metals for special occasions. From there, I realized that the property market represented another major milestone in people’s lives, much like jewellery—but with even higher rewards. This led me to transition into property, where I joined a sales team and began my journey in the industry.
Where did you start, and where are you now?
I began my career at Dexters in Sales, working in Sunbury for my first year. It was an incredible opportunity, and I gained invaluable experience that helped me understand the industry better. After that, I decided to transition into administration, and over the past two years, I’ve progressed to the role of Office Support and Compliance Manager. I truly enjoy what I do and take great pride in my work.

Where is your favourite place in London?
I have a few favourite spots in London. Holland Park, with its serene Kyoto Garden, is a peaceful escape that feels far removed from the hustle and bustle of West London. I also love the vibrant energy of Piccadilly and Leicester Square, where there’s always something happening. And of course, Chinatown is a must-visit for its amazing food and vibrant atmosphere!
