Where did you start and where are you now?
I began my journey at Dexters in 2022 as a Payroll Assistant in the Company Accounts department. Over the past two years, I’ve transitioned into a Lettings role, progressing from New Consultant to my current position as Lettings Team Manager.

What advice would you give to someone looking to get into the industry?
Keep an open mind. There are countless opportunities in a growing business. With dedication and hard work, career progression and earning potential in this industry can be limitless.

Have you completed any qualifications with us?
Yes, I recently achieved a distinction in my Customer Service Apprenticeship. I’m currently preparing for the Propertymark qualification to further develop my skills.

What’s the most exciting part of your role?
As a Lettings Team Manager, the most exciting part of my role is that I’m not confined to a desk. I enjoy interacting with potential landlords to win new business and helping tenants find their next home.
