What were you doing before Dexters and how did you join us?

I came from a retail background and wanted to start a career where I could make the most of my customer service skills.

Where did you start and where are you now?

I began as a trainee administrator in lettings support, and I am now a Board Director in Property Management, overseeing West London.

What is your favourite thing about your role?

Property Management is exciting and challenging, but what I enjoy most is the problem-solving aspect. Working in partnership with landlords, tenants, and contractors to resolve issues quickly whilst providing an exceptional service is rewarding.

What advice would you give to somebody looking to get into the industry?

It is fast-paced and demands strong organisation and excellent customer service. It’s an industry where you can grow both professionally and personally.

Have you done any qualifications with us?

Yes, I have completed the ARLA Level 3 qualification.

The endless opportunities for growth and profession, and every day presents a chance to learn something new.

Where is your favourite place in London?

It would have to be Bushy Park. It holds many great memories for me, and it’s the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle, take a breath, and reset.
